This policy outlines how to cancel EL HOMAM LLC automation subscriptions, support retainers, and project engagements.

Monthly Service Packages

  • Our plans renew on a simple month-to-month cadence.
  • Send written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date to cancel.
  • Services continue through the paid period, and access ends at the close of that billing cycle.

Professional & Enterprise Retainers

  • Each engagement includes an agreed initial term documented on your order confirmation.
  • After that term, contracts roll into monthly service with the same 30-day notice requirement.
  • Prepaid implementation fees remain non-refundable once work begins, in line with our Refund Policy.

Trials & Promotions

  • Trial periods and introductory offers clearly state the end date and renewal price at checkout.
  • Cancel before the trial concludes to avoid automatic conversion to the standard package.

Project Engagements

  • Project cancellations must be requested in writing to your account manager.
  • We invoice for completed milestones or time incurred up to the confirmed cancellation date.

How to Cancel

  • Email contact@tubiservice.com from your authorized contact address.
  • Include your company name, active plan, and the desired cancellation date.
  • We confirm receipt within one business day and outline the final service timeline.

Data Retention & Transition

When a cancellation is processed, we share a summary of active workflows, documentation, and handover guidance. Access to managed environments ends when the paid period concludes, and data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
