EL HOMAM LLC delivers automation and AI services remotely, so no physical goods are shipped.

Onboarding Timeline

• Within one business day of purchase we send an onboarding email that includes an intake questionnaire and scheduling link.
• Kickoff calls typically take place within five business days, subject to your team’s availability.
• Implementation timelines depend on scope; standard packages deliver initial workflows within two to four weeks.

Access Provisioning

• We request system access using secure credential-sharing tools.
• Deliverables are provided through shared workspaces, documentation portals, and recorded walkthroughs.
• Documentation and assets remain accessible for the duration of your contract.

Client Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding questionnaires as soon as possible.
• Provide the approvals and credentials we request.
• Attend scheduled workshops or assign appropriate delegates.

Delays

If we anticipate delays, we notify you promptly with revised timelines. Client-side delays may shift delivery dates, and we will collaborate on a new schedule.
