Compliance Statement
EL HOMAM LLC operates in accordance with United States law, including Commerce Department regulations, OFAC sanctions programs, and relevant international export regimes. Our automation and AI services are treated as dual-use software and delivered under these obligations.
Sanctioned Territories & Parties
- We do not provide services to individuals or organizations located in, incorporated in, or primarily operating from embargoed or sanctioned jurisdictions identified by the U.S. Government or its allies.
- We screen clients and partners against consolidated sanctions lists and reserve the right to decline or suspend engagements without notice.
Regulated Industries
Additional due diligence may be required for engagements involving:
- Financial services and fintech
- Healthcare and life sciences
- Government or public sector entities
- Defence-related activities
We may request additional contractual terms, compliance controls, or certifications before work commences.
Technology Usage Obligations
- Clients must use delivered automations and AI solutions in line with applicable laws, including data protection, anti-spam, consumer protection, and export regulations.
- Exporting or sublicensing our deliverables to third parties is prohibited wherever export controls apply unless we provide written consent.
- Clients remain responsible for securing any sector-specific approvals required to deploy automation in regulated environments.
Reporting & Cooperation
If we suspect a breach of export control or sanctions laws, we may suspend services and cooperate with the relevant authorities. We will notify affected clients when the law allows.
