Refund Policy

Monthly Service Packages

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Your plan remains active through the current billing period.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are a new client and the first 30 days fall short, we will refund the initial month in full.

No Pro-Rating: We do not pro-rate monthly fees; access continues until the billing period ends.

Project-Based Work

Before Work Begins: Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before work starts.

During Projects: Refunds are calculated against work already completed. You cover completed milestones and we refund any undelivered portions.

Completed Projects: Once a project is complete, refunds are evaluated case by case after we attempt to resolve any issues.

How to Request Refunds

Email contact@tubiservice.com with:

  • Your account details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Preferred resolution

We respond within two business days and issue approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party software or licensing costs purchased on your behalf
  • Completed or partially completed training sessions
  • Work that has already been delivered and accepted

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will give reasonable notice to existing clients.
