EL HOMAM LLC delivers automation services, AI integrations, and digital assets tailored to each client. Because the work is bespoke and intangible, traditional product returns do not apply.
Quality Assurance
- Every workflow is tested before handover.
- We supply documentation and training to support adoption.
- If you report defects within 30 days of delivery, we remediate them at no additional cost.
Adjustments & Revisions
If a deliverable does not align with the agreed specification, notify us within 30 days and we will:
- Review the issue within two business days.
- Provide a remediation plan and timeline.
- Deliver corrections or enhancements that align with the original scope.
Out-of-Scope Changes
Requests that fall outside the approved scope are quoted separately, and we agree on pricing before additional work begins.
